Our expertise in the new industry sector covers a range of services, including:

  • Identification of prospective acquirers

  • Market entry programmes
  • Corporate partnering (arrangement of joint ventures, sales and distribution agreements and licensing arrangements)
Often working in conjunction with our client's established finance adviser, investment bank or house bank, TI Partners provides complementary strategic and operational resources.

The full spread and depth of our professional resources across major markets is applied to projects which often require intense and rapid reaction, and/or programmes which require sustained continuity over a period of months or years.

Through our network of professional resources, TI Partners:

  • Identifies potential industrial partners compatible with our client's requirements;
  • Provides access to senior decision-makers in pre-approved companies in our client's target sector;
  • Helps our client rapidly familiarise themselves with the current strategic priorities of businesses in the target sector;

Recent private sector engagements have originated from Belgium, France, Germany, India, Italy, Kuwait, Portugal, Sweden, UK, and US.

Our private sector clients have included large, publicly traded, as well as, smaller, privately-held companies; high net worth, private investors; start-ups established by substantial businesses outside Europe; and management teams contemplating and/or executing management buy-ins, buy-outs and start-ups.

During the last four years, we have built a public sector practice offering services from pre-bidding through proposal-writing and project management to institution-building and implementation of business plans based on outcomes from public sector projects.

Public sector clients include the European Commission and the international branch of the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions.
